Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, whether you're starting therapy for the first time or returning after some time away. My goal is to make the process feel welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free.

I currently provide secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy for children (ages 10+), teens, and adults located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. While sessions are held online, I strive to create a warm, genuine therapeutic connection where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

Private Pay

My private-pay fee is $150 per 50–55 minute individual therapy session..
