Meet Kaitlin Weinberg, LCSW
Hi, I'm Kaitlin.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth because I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself.
Throughout my career, I've worked in schools, community mental health, private practice, and in home settings. These experiences have allowed me to help individuals facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, family stress, school challenges, and major life transitions.
I believe every person has unique strengths. Together, we'll identify what's working, develop practical coping strategies, and build the confidence to move toward the life you want.
My Credentials
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Certified School Social Worker
Master of Social Work – Rutgers University
Bachelor of Arts in Sociology – Ithaca College
Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

My Approach
I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths, explore obstacles, and develop skills that create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to navigate life's challenges both inside and outside the therapy room.
I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to laugh, cry, ask questions, and be completely themselves. Together we'll focus on practical skills that help you not only feel better but also function better in your daily life.
Services
Individual Therapy
Therapy is personalized to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
Children
Because all sessions are currently conducted through a secure telehealth platform, I have found that children ages 10 and older are generally best able to engage in the virtual therapy process. This allows us to build a strong therapeutic relationship and make the most of each session. Children often express emotions through behavior rather than words. I work with children using age-appropriate interventions that help them understand their feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence.
